CAITLIN GAICH, MS

Caitlin is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and International Sports Science Association, earned her undergraduate degree from Butler University and her Master’s in Exercise Science from Concordia University.

She spent two years as a school teacher developing science curriculum in Nebraska before moving back to Indiana to complete her Master’s degree and coach full time to help her clients reach their health and performance goals.

In her spare time, Caitlin enjoys building Lego with her nephew or crafting with her niece, trying new sports, making dad jokes, reading, and being outside.
